Some of the first things you encounter at the arboretum are peacocks. Lots and lots of peacocks! This guy walked right up and greeted us to his favorite place to hang out. The feathers on the backs of their heads look like a bouquet of blue flowers.

The finished product
On Christmas Eve, the tree stood, in all it's splendor, in a place of prominence. Packages were wrapped and family had gathered from far and near to spend the holiday together.

Charlite?
